Automated Calling and Texting Agreement

By agreeing to the terms of this Automated Calling and Texting Agreement, you agree to the following:

(i) First Bank of the Lake has your prior express invitation and written permission to contact you at the phone number provided via call or text messaging for informational, marketing, or other purposes which may be sent using prerecorded and/or artificial voice or text messages, automatic telephone dialing system, and other automated technology;

(ii) you are the wireless subscriber of the phone number provided;

(iii) your consent to receive automated calls and texts is not a condition to obtain any Bank products or services and may opt-out at any time;

(iv) message and data rates may apply; and

(v) message frequency may vary.
