Do Not Call Policy

First Bank of the Lake (“Bank”) is committed to honoring the requests of our current and prospective customers in connection with applicable Do-Not-Call laws. In support of this commitment, the Bank has adopted this Do Not Call Policy.

The Bank maintains an internal list (“Do Not Call List”) of the telephone number(s) and name(s) (if provided) for people who do not wish to receive telephone contact.

It is Bank’s policy not to make telemarketing calls or texts to any residential or wireless telephone lines of persons who have requested that we not make such calls or texts.

Requests to be added to or removed from our Do Not Call List can be made in writing or by phone by taking one of the following actions:

  • Emailing the Bank at DoNotCall@fblake.bank
  • Calling the Bank at (888) 808-5320 and speaking to a representative or leaving a message stating that you wish to be placed on (or removed from) the Do Not Call List and leaving the telephone number you would like added to (or removed from) our Do Not Call List.
  • Sending a written request to the following:

First Bank of the Lake
ATTN: Do Not Call List
4558 Osage Beach Parkway, Suite 100
Osage Beach, MO 65065.

Requests must provide the 10-digit telephone number that is not to be called and the person’s name, if desired. Once a request has been made, Bank will add the telephone number and name (if provided) to our Do Not Call List within ten (10) days. If the telephone number changes, a separate request must be submitted to have the new number added to Bank’s Do Not Call List.

Bank will maintain the telephone number and name (if provided) on our Do Not Call List for five (5) years, unless a request is made by the person to have the number removed.

Bank personnel engaged in telemarketing are informed and trained on the use of the Do Not Call List.

Recipients of any automated text messages can request to opt-out of receiving future automated text messages by replying “STOP” to the text message. A request to opt-out will prevent future automated text messages to the subject number; but, this opt-out request will not add the number to the Do Not Call List. However, any numbers separately added to our Do Not Call List will be opted-out of future automated text messages.

Bank intends to comply with all federal and state Do Not Call laws.

Any questions concerning this Do Not Call Policy may be directed to the Bank at DoNotCall@fblake.bank
